Terrible customer service. Supplied me a wrong part then charged me a second time for the correct part even though I returned the wrong part. Tried to blame me for their error. Beware

Apologies but we are unable to refund you for a part we can't return ourselves unless its faulty. You were advised of this prior to ordering any part and requesting payment. We pride our girls on their polite and helpful service and our girl who discussed this with you sent the diagram of the discussed part circled which you agreed together was the correct part. When you live out of town we fully understand the inconvenience but can only go by the information given. She reordered the correct part once you told her it wasn't right/left. We apologise fully for the inconvenience

Generally I have had no problem with this company in the past. This time vastly difference experience. I was told they had the part in stock and that they needed the drier In their workshop to complete the changeout of the brushes and clean. So I booked in a time that suited them (and foolishly made the assumption it would be done within a couple of days since they had the parts.). Collected February 1st. I rang February 8 and was told it was not started as the tech was out on a bigger job. I rang back on the 10th and was told it had not been started. I rang back today to see how it was progressing on to find it has finished, but they cannot deliver it back until February 16. Before you get this mob to do anything, Get a firm finishing date. The phone manner of a few of the staff members was such that they were not too concerned with the inconvenience. Add to that, if I had a way to collect the item, I could get it back myself. I bet they expect a quick payment for their service.

Don't bother with them if you actually want the work done. Book a job in, ring up week and a half later to see when they will do it. The jobs not even booked in. Said they'd ring me back, they couldn't even do that. I do not recommend this company.
