Terrible customer service. Asked for help with a frame of mine that had broken (not purchased from the shop). Was willing to pay a reasonable price to have some staples put in the back of the frame to keep it together. The extremely rude lady quoted $70 and told me it wasn’t worth her while to help me. Wouldn’t step foot back in the shop again. I’ve previously purchased from the shop and won’t be doing so again.

Overpriced and rude ! Spend your money elsewhere ! Service is horrendous and you definitely don’t get what you pay for

I would definitely not recommend this business! After taking my money for a picture of my dog $240 to be exact I didn’t receive what was promised to me. The picture didn’t have enough pixels for the size they blew it up to! They took it back with the promise of doing another one in the correct sizing with the correct pixels 2 weeks have gone by and every time I call to see if it’s ready I get given the run around or nobody knows what’s going on! I finally go in again today and I get told that if a pic of my dog is so important I need to get a life! THAT IS APPAULING customer service ! They are dishonest and took my money so fast without delivering what I asked and paid for! I would never use this business again or recommend it to anyone! Big W would do a way better canvas for a fraction of the cost with much better service and friendliness as well!

I saw this shop while on holidays with my partner and we couldn't resist purchasing two absolutely beautiful beach style prints in crisp white frames. We were served by a lovely gentleman named Bill who was approachable, friendly and had excellent customer service. I could not recommend All About Art higher. My only regret was I didn't buy more.
