I have had troubles with my back for years, just thought it was age and years of hard labour. Suffered a little too much and was recommended to see the team at Aligned. They were able to explain to me what was going on, and give me regular adjustments. I also got some simple exercises to do at home. It hasn't been instant, but I am already feeling relief and feeling so much better. Should have done this years ago!
