At Align Pathways, I bring five years of experience as a Support Coordinator into a service built on genuine choice and real independence support. After years of walking alongside participants and their families, I decided to step out on my own to provide NDIS support coordination that truly honors their voice—who they want in their corner, where they want to live, and how they envision their life, including aspects of psychosocial recovery coaching.
