The air-conditioning system in my car needed to be replaced in the height of summer. I called in to see Carl and the team at Alice Fridge Works and I could not have been happier with the service that Carl provided me. He searched for the best deal he could find on parts, he talked me through everything that was required, filled my gas so that I would have air-conditioning for the remainder of the day and then completed the repairs the next day. I found Carl to be authentic and professional and provided me with an outstanding level of customer service. I could not recommend Alice Fridge Works more highly.

Outstanding service. My fridge door hinge had fallen off on rough roads and within half an hour of me calling on a Friday afternoon at 3pm…the problem was fixed. I cant recommend this establishment highly enough…so grateful. Thank you

Arrived in Alice Springs yesterday with our vehicle’s air conditioning not working. We were amazed at how quickly our problem was checked. The gentleman found the problem quickly, fixed it and was professional in his approach. We were so pleased at the genuine service that we received. True champions!

We had a problem with the fridge in our caravan. After finding Fridge Works on the web I sent an email late one night and to my amazement I got a prompt reply that night. Can't fault the service, as its impeccable and Carl sure knows his stuff. Would have no hesitation in using or recommending this business. Top notch!

We were on holiday in the Alice Springs area and had some issues with the air con in our Navara. Called Carl and he came out to us at our caravan park and checked it out. He located the issue straight away and was able to book us in for this to be fixed when we travel back through to Alice the following week at our request. Once we were back in town we called Carl and got the issue fixed quickly and for a great price. Would recommend Carl very highly, great bloke with great service!!

Carl and the team at Fridge Works Alice Springs went above and beyond to get the aircon working for our 1991 Toyota Landcruiser. Princess (me) couldn't cope with the 41 degree heat during the drive from Adelaide to darwin and unfortunately for Carl we landed into his caring arms! Carl, I know it was a nightmare for you but you were dedicated, thorough and didn't give up until the job was done. We consider it a blessing in disguise that it was you working on it and not someone else. Whilst traveling around OZ we had issues with our air conditioner. Had a few people look, told new ac needed at a massive cost. Was given Alice fridge works number as a recommendation. Called and Carl the owner said come right in. Identified the issue quickly and after the part we needed arrived, it was immediately installed. Air con works like new and the price for repair was very fair. If you find yourself in Alice Springs with an air con issue don't mess about and call Alice Fridge Works, you won't regret it.
