Alison says the wonderful selections of flowers and trees make it a beautiful spot for weddings or photoshoots. You're free to walk in and around the gardens on an ordinary day. These gardens are lovely on any day but when she visited, Gardenesque was on. The family entry to Gardenesque was $25 and there were a whole lot of food stalls and gardening. There were also many good local food stalls and those from out of town. Plus, there was entertainment for kids and live music on two separate stages. She highly recommends attending the show, too.

Nev says beautiful gardens and a really lovely setting. It's small but calm, and it was well presented and maintained, too. It's the kind of place where you can just sit back and enjoy the time you spend there. They stopped there on a sunny day to eat the lunch they bought at a nearby supermarket. There were park benches and a rotunda or bandstand which had plenty of seating and shade.

Ariff says the view is spectacular, even in the winter. He likes this place.

Ian says the upkeep was fantastic, a great garden in the heart of town. There's also a garden for kids that has dinosaurs in it. Plus, the entrance is free.
