We were visitors to Darwin and after asking for a simple oil change he managed to ruin our holiday by breaking a part that left our car without any power (no turbo) his words " not sure what that loose hose is " it was a vacuum hose he had broken off when changing the oil filter ...but didn't admit to breaking it when i picked it up....if he had of i wouldn't be writing this email.......we had to stay a week longer than expected in Darwin waiting for a part and he has refused to this date to compensate us for our camp site fees after he finally admitted he had broken the part ........the excuse that he didn't know what a vacuum hose was is a strange admission from a mechanic.......for this reason i say just don't go there
