Hi, I'm Sarah. When I first started practising physiotherapy it had not occurred to me that the body could be a gateway for deep spiritual transformation and emotional healing. Working with athletes, and in hospitals and rehabilitation centres, I had previously seen serious injuries as something that would be �hard to get over�. However when I started having my own injuries, illnesses and health challenges, things changed a lot. I began studying meditation, yoga and NLP, and something miraculous happened. I began to see the gift in the wisdom of our bodies. Rather than seeing just the pain and physical limitation I began to see the opportunity to move through these challenges, not just physically, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It was profound, and again like the 7 year old version of me seeing the orange as a gift, I began to see the experience pain and injury bring as an opportunity for spiritual growth and personal transformation.
