At first everything was normal but then i felt this overwhelming stinging sensation. I looked down and realised the lady was cutting me with her sanding thing, over and over again. By the time she has finished there was blood on multiple of my fingers, then she said “go wash it off”. “It” being the blood!!! If I could rate it zero i would but i can’t so i rate it one. overall horrible experience . DONT GO!!

I have been going here for years, clean, courteous, professional and always feel welcome. Massage chairs are amazing and foot massage with pedicure is divine.

Absolutely appalled, MY NAILS JAVE BEEN BUTCHERED, the acrylic nails themselves are just horrible the lady was rude and rushed the whole process had no care in the world not only that my skin is left red raw and throbs in contact pain. Even after saying I don't like them and another kind lady attempt to fix them they are u fixable and was still charged full price. The lady whom tried to fix them even showed the butcher but the butcher proceeded to argue in their language not realising I am fluent and can understand. This is unacceptable and on record will be taking this further..

I had a lovely lady do a manicure for me. She was very friendly and did a wonderful treatment, including the best massage!!! Thankyou
