As per past experience, my present contact for assistance made yesterday, was dealt with in a professional manner that also contained a friendliness that is comforting and reassuring but oft missing with some Health resource sites. The advice and help that I receive from my branch exceeds that of the hospital I attend. I cannot speak or recommend more highly my branch, which I am most grateful for. I also add that I live in a remote rural area which normally leaves one at a disadvantage but being able to access online so easily such a quality Service is absolute gold. Thankyou.

Service is good only on a Monday to Friday. When it comes to a week end, no service at all. There is no other viable provider in Townsville suitable.
