I've been using AFT for my internet and telephone now for close to 12 months and couldn't be happier! I had the worst internet connection at my business prior to using AFT....I spent countless hours on the phone to the typical telco with their overseas support team constantly trying to resolve my slow speeds and drop outs - to no avail. Since being with AFT my business now finally runs smoothly and I'm saving $ on my phone bill. Support team is super helpful and based on the GC!

Great Service, Best Internet on the Coast!

As Building Manager I purchase a feed from the AFT system installed for Guest internet access. Speed is fine but way too many drop outs, some times for hours, when this happens anyone using the service in the building is also without internet, Students, Guests and some Residents. There is no back up system, no after hours faults service and on occasions it can be hours before service is restored, particularly when it is not during office hours. Overall I am far from impressed with the reliability of the service and standard of support as are many of the other users. Personally I will be disconnecting from this service as soon as I can get an NBN feed installed.
