Have been using them annually for the last 9 years, and will continue to do so. Great customer service, lovely team, and pest spray works amazingly. In 9 years we've only ever had 1 cockroach in our home, and maybe 2 spiders (and that's because we delayed our spray by couple months). Jana is great everytime I call, and we got great service from the spray guy Reece. But everyone is great. Can't rate them highly enough, and always refer them when a friend asks for a pest spray suggestion!

Called them for mouse, they came put 2 black rectangle boxes and left and charged 130$. Mouse is still running round the house and that 2 rectangle black boxes are just collecting dusts. Totally, rip off, don’t waste your money with them. Just go to Bunnings buy the staff and do yourself

Thank you for your comments. This is definitely not the experience we want for our customers. We are more than happy to come back and recitify the issue and see if there is anything else we can do. It can take up to a week for the rodents to find the bait, eat the bait and then die. We only did your service on Friday, so it had only been a couple of days. Our baits are of the highest quality and actually stronger than the products bought from the store. If you would like to call our office we are happy to arrange for the technician to come back and see if there is anything further we can do.

Very friendly and efficient service. I have been using this company for a number of years and have had no problems with cockroaches and other insects ever. I can definitely recommend this company!

APC Wollongong have been a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole experience. The installed termite barriers for our new extension prior to concrete placement. They have seriously competitive pricing and the quote was promptly emailed with a confirmation date. Chris arrived on time and could not do enough to help. Happy to recommend

For the past 5 years I have been using this company for my annual termite inspections as well as for the odd infestation of cockroaches and other insects. I find them to be friendly and offer an efficient service. I wouldnâ€™t think of going anywhere else. I recommend then always to others looks for pest control.

We recently had quite a scare with termites and a good friend recommended Advance Pest Control. I called them immediately and made an appointment. They did a great job, giving me a report of their findings. Thank goodness it was a false alarm. I would definitely recommend them.

Advanced Pest Control were recommended to me and am so pleased I called them. They are a great company. I called them recently when we had a scare of termites in our home. They promptly arrived and were able to eradicate the pests very quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
