We have had recently very unpleasant experience with this company recently opening in the area. After having booked several lessons upfront. Only one of which was used. The driving instructor was away for a brief period. We were advised on his return he would call to re book. However after not hearing from him. We made several attempts to contact. Understanding he was busy we asked for refund for remaining sessions. His reply E mail was beyond rude. He attacked the business we worked at. Insulted us personally, name called and was beyond unprofessional. After then enquiring at other companies in the area , as well as friends In region , we discovered he already has extremely bad reputation for his customer handling, financial handling and people skills overall. We were so shocked about his reply E mails after simply asking for money back for lessons he wasn't able to do after he hadn't replied himself to us. I cannot strongly recommend enough to not use this company.

Rod is an amazing teacher. He is calm and patient. I have attended few driving classes by other instructors and by far his skills in teaching surpasses them all. Rod ensures that you not only pass the driving test but also are a safe driver by the end of it all. I highly recommend Rod and wish him all the best.
