Pulled out of contract after misquoting (although many opportunities were given to inspect property - he came to the site a number of times). ONE of the reasons for the contract cancellation was an issue that could've been discovered had an inspection of the roof cavity occurred (although this 'issue' was not picked up by my building inspector or builder). He also listed a number of other issues, all of which were part of the quote. Had my deposit for 4 months and I have nothing to show for it (did get it back). Do not recommend.
