Established in 1994 Action Physiotherapy provides a range of physiotherapy services throughout Newcastle. Our friendly team provide hands on and personalised care to muscle, joint and spinal problems. Our physiotherapists can assist with musculoskeletal problems, sporting injuries, and post-operative care. At Action Physiotherapy we will take care and educate you on posture and biomechanics to help with a speedy recovery and prevention of further injury. In 2016, Action Physiotherapy brought the Getback exercise program to Newcastle; a world-leading, scientifically-proven back and neck pain treatment program that is highly effective, long-lasting and reliable. This innovative program is designed to increase the mobility, co-ordination, strength and endurance of your spine. Our clinic holds six medical exercise devices that are specifically designed to target, isolate, progressively exercise and evaluate the function of the muscles in your neck, back and lower back. If you want to decrease stiffness and pain emanating from your neck, back, or lower back, Getback might be right for you. Action Physiotherapy offers a free 30minute introduction to the Getback program. Action physiotherapy also caters for patients under Work Cover, Veterans Affairs, 3rd Party Insurance and the Medicare EPC program. New patients are welcome. Online booking is available for private physiotherapy patients.
