After buying a new series 200 L/cruiser and caravan (pickup soon) and being new to caravanning, I needed good advice and the honesty to supply and fit what I needed to be able to start off our new adventure. The guys at Accelerate fitted new Clearview mirrors, Anderson Plug and electrics for the van ESC, braking system and rear view camera. They not only did a very professional job but also liaised with the caravan maker in Melb about the details to allow us to just hook up our new van when we drive down. They also gave me valuable advice about many of the other aspects of caravanning ie weights, operating the Redarc Braking System and much more. The owner has a 200 Series L/cruiser and a caravan and was more than happy to help me in any way he could which has saved me having to make mistakes. I really did appreciate his service and I can thoroughly recommend them.

CHARGED MY 20 YEAR OLD GIRLFRIEND $475 TO FIT A NEW STARTER MOTOR TO AN EXPRESS VAN?!! THAT JOB TAKES 45 MINUTES TO DO AT MOST.. let's ASSUME THE LABOUR IS $120 THAT MEANS THE PART IS $355?!! YOU CAN BUY THEM FOR $150 TO THE PUBLIC. ABSOLUTE RIPOFF MERCHANTS, I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO NEAR THESE GUYS. SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.

Firstly, we’d like to thank you for taking the time to provide feedback as it gives us an opportunity to improve our processes and communication with our customers. Addressing your comments, this job came in on a Saturday and all of our regular suppliers were closed. As this vehicle needed to get back on the road asap and could not wait until Monday we had to source another local supplier and then one of our staff members personally went to pick up the part. Before going ahead with the repairs it was explained that this was our only option for the day and was more expensive than what we could usually offer. A total of $500 was approved for the diagnostics and replacement of a brand new Starter Motor and the replacement of the brake light globes. We tried to keep the costs down as much as we could given the circumstances and invoiced the job for a total of $475.50. I had my A/C regassed and the guys did an amazing job. All finished in an hour and well priced. Highly recommended.

The air conditioning system in my Peugeot 307 practically collapsed on a recent trip. Chris, Briohny and the team were very professional in assessing and then repairing the damaged system. They also checked all error codes and ensured the cooling system was up to scratch. I have since traveled another 2000 kms without an issue. Very friendly and competent service and highly recommended.
