Adam and the team at AC Automotive went above and beyond to get my car back on the road as we only have 1 car for my husband and I. They found the issue and ordered the part the day it was towed in. It was an experience youd expect from a new car dealership the way we were treated but without the excessive prices.

Booked my VW Golf in for its major timing belt service. Very reasonably priced and the guys there know European cars inside-out. Very professional, felt like I was a friend rather than a customer. Will definitely be back!

This is my experience with your ‘business’.
I book my car because it has an issue and you ask me to get it here early today - even ting back to confirm what time and you stress 8am.
Arrive just prior to 8am. Then I wait...
Someone shows up at 8.32 and doesn’t even acknowledge me - instead goes to talk to his mate.
At this point I looked at my car - that I have spent lots of money on and care about deeply - and realise that I can’t trust your business to look after either me as a customer or my car.
Couldn’t in good conscience trust you with my car - I hope you note that.
After ringing you to express my concerns I have found you to be quite impolite and you implied that somehow because I took a day off work, arrived at the time you specifically requested, and then after waiting for nearly 40 minutes were not even acknowledged by your staff member as we waited at your door that it is somehow my fault to expect some type of servic
