2nd March at Greta oval. At the above event my two young grandchildren and myself had an unpleasant experience at the bungee trampoline. After waiting nearly one and a half hours, we were told they were closing and only one more child could have a turn. There were 7 children waiting including my 2 grandchildren, I asked a young man if he could kindly let the 7 remaining children have a turn and he was quite rude to me, he said to me that he wasn't paid for staying past 8 pm and he said you should have opened your ears sweetheart, and you would have heard us announcing the closure. The other young man said, we are closing so don't bother waiting love, that's it. The staff were quite condescending and showed lack of professionalism in their job.

Had a great day! Poor Jessie worked for 4 hours non stop serving kids fairy floss, sno-cones and popcorn. Really love this business. First time users, but will be booking them again next year and also for other things. Well done Jessie.
