I am so appalled about this company. We went to the ABS at bokarina and had a quote of $1050 for a supposedly new radiator that we had no signs of needing and a service. I didn’t believe him at all and when questioned he told my wife she had wasted his time and seemed pretty defensive. We then took it somewhere else where the radiator was pressure tested and there was no hole at all. It ended up costing me $299 for the service. Massive difference. It’s sad to feel ripped off.

These guys at ABS was fantastic. Not only could l leave my car at their premises for the weekend but when the roadworthy was completed l found out when l drove the car that’s they did little extra repairs with the handbrake and lighting on the roof! Plus l got a free pen and car deodoriser too. These mechanics will go and beyond their duties to make sure your car is well maintained and serviced. Thanks guys love you’re work. Definitely be going to you for everything.

Online i looked up the price of the car service on Auto Gurus to be $640.82 and factored in another $80 for the wheel alignment. I sent a booking request through ABS and Joe contacted me. I mentioned we had seen the quote on AG and i wanted to book. Unbeknowns to me that booking directly with Joe meant my bill was going to be $943.50! How they can charge over $200 more is beyond me. AG takes a 20% commission of any booking so I would have thought the price to be the same or lower as it has been when i have booked directly with mechanics in the past. The older mechanic at the shop did not see it as an issue. He actually said he would never do it for the Ag price even though it is displayed as a bookable price online. He will change his tune when we contact the ACCC over this matter. Absolutely disgusting. ABS I encourage you to contact me and set this straight.

Very prompt service and fantastic prices! They even picked me up from work, so helpful. I coudn't recommend them highly enough.
