Andrew says they did not get any whingeing from their 5, 7, and 14-year-olds. The picnic grounds had excellent views over the creek. The $50 cave entry for a family was a bit steep but the walk was excellent. It was just the right length for the younger kids. The spot was great for a family day trip.

Rex says it was worth a visit. He visited here when he stayed in Bathurst. The self-guided tour was not free but it was nice. The caves were well-maintained.

Richard says he recommends the guided tour. He suggests grabbing an area with plenty of all-day shade in the heat of the summer. The place was great with clean and good facilities.

Dominic says the caves were really wonderful to explore. It was a really good self-toured journey with good weather and picturesque landscapes. He says to make sure to pay, otherwise certain parts of the area can't be accessed. There is also a camping site for the family. Really great experience.
