Contacted this mob to get an insurance report done after a lightning strike. I was very specific about the equipment that was damaged and needed testing including the tv aerial. An electrician was sent out to do the work but "could not test the aerial" or some of the other equipment. I then had to call them a week later to get the report emailed as i still hadn't heard anything, then recieved an invoice instead stating the report would be sent once payment was recieved (which is reasonable) however i was not paying for a report that was most likely incomplete with out finding out more first so i called them (Col) again. Was told the sparkie was off for the week and he'd check with him upon return, said that energex also didn't respond with their request for information so "was going to handball that one to the insurance company". Now over 4 weeks later and multiple calls to them I've still had no call back with any info. Find yourself a different electrical contractor!!!
