Carl says Mike was thorough, pleasant to deal with and an excellent trainer. He sent his son to Mike to finish off his driver training and to prepare him for his test. Carl's son passed his test first time around, and suffice to say, he was impressed.

Charlotte says Michael was excellent, she couldn't have found a more professional teacher. She loved that Michael drilled the rules into her so that they became her second nature. She passed her P test first go.
