Whole experience was extremely stressful. Might have saved myself $200 compared to other companies, however this does not even cover the cost of the damages to my caravan. Owner seems extremely stressful to deal with. Chopped and changed quotes since I first called him. Arrogant attitude on the phone. Claimed my jockey wheel was seized however when employee delivered the van he said it was that he had just hooked it up and started pulling with the winch. He said he hadn't tried lowering the jockey wheel, it is completely bent from being left too high and the bracket on the drawbar is also bent/warped and will need re-welding, employee said he had not removed the chocks from the wheels and both feet have been ripped off my rear stands. This unprofessional service probably stems from the stress the owner puts on his employees. I asked numerous times if they wanted me to come out and said 'nah all good mate we'll get it sorted" Absolute BS! Do not recommend.
