I have ordered the incorrect battery � how do I organise a return to swap it for the correct battery?
Do not worry! This happens sometimes. Simply complete the RGA form, and one of our team will reply before 5 pm the next business day to advise the next step. We will be able to assist in determining the correct battery for your application.
I have never shipped a battery � what do I need to do?
The battery will need to be secured in an upright position in a cardboard box. If you are returning a new battery for exchange or refund, please re-use the original box the battery was sent to you in. If you are returning a battery without the original box, you must clearly label the correct information relating to Dangerous Goods.
