HELL WILL FREEZE OVER before I get this man back AGAIN. I was originally happy with his replacement of my Ariel which saved me a fair bit in respect to other quotes. I then got this man back to provide a new Arial point. After a few hours wondering what the f..k this guy and his sidekick was doing I found out the he had not been able to get the cable down to the most likely position. He then, without authorisation, made a second penatration which he never used because he was able to get the cable through the original plasterboard penatration. After the job was finally finished hours later I ended up with a bill for close to $300.00. I paid and the regretted this as I had to repair and pay for the removal of an unwanted and useless Ariel point. I have asked for a reasonable refund to repair unauthorised plasterboard penatration but have received no response. Peter Screen

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use a TV antenna with multiple TVs?

Yes, you can use a TV antenna with multiple TVs. However, you will need a splitter to split the signal from the antenna to each TV. In many cases, the more TVs you connect to the antenna, the weaker the signal will be, which can result in poorer picture quality.

How often should I rescan for channels?

You should rescan for channels every time you move your antenna to a new location, add or remove devices from your setup or when new channels become available. It's also a good idea to rescan periodically, such as every few months, to ensure you're receiving all available channels.
