Damages to most items that we left for them to pack which was more of the higher value items TV’s , Leather chairs, Double fridge. Our Tv smashed in one corner,fridge not even wrapped so was scratched and dented. High end chairs ruined. They moved us just under a year ago and our review had been sitting in a pending file. Stickers for labelling were stuck on our leather sofa and over everything visibly and they were stupidly crazy to remove off. We’re told several time’s that it’s not great placement. Items were not wrapped correctly that were left for them to do, bearing in mind we did the majority of the wrapping for them and none of our items that we packed were damaged.Friendly people but sadly not professionally moved on this one. Just under 4 k in damages. Came out of insurance and did not cover full cover replacement of the items needed even with additional insurance added.Not what you want or need ,when your moving. Moved from Herberton to Flagstone. Would not use again.

2 out of my 7 items arrived damaged: snapped desk leg and snapped bedside table leg. Was told by the men who delivered the goods that the broken items would be compensated for as they were damaged during the move. Was told when I called the company like I was advised to do by the deliverers that because I didn't take out insurance there was nothing they could do. I had to follow this information up as I heard nothing back after emailing through photos like I was asked to do. Also had to clean my walls after removalists left as there was dirt/sweat from their shirts along the hallway, on the media room wall and the bedroom walls. Won't be using again.

Do not think that Removalists are the low end of the wage scale. These blokes are highly skilled. They were discreet, respected confidentiality, respected others in the house, organised, quick, time management skills, focused, handled my packed boxes with care - even on a rainy day. Delivered my belongings in one piece and placed them neatly out of the walkway in the Unit. Thank you for a job well done.
