Just an amazing team of people that made this big sook feel at ease. Even at my age I still get nervous when visiting dentists. I should not have worried. Dr. Kate is such a lovely young lady ably assisted by an equally wonderful staff.

Recently moved to Mackay and needed a new family dentist. We were made to feel at ease and welcomed right from the start. Dr Kate and her team go out of their way to help and surprisingly the kids are looking forward to their next visit! Highly recommend this clinic.

I always felt uncomfortable going to the dentist before coming to A+ Family Dental. I have now been a few times now and the most recent was to have a tooth removed. I was worried it was going to kill but the dental team are so gentle, calm and comforting that it was the best experience possible! Highly recommend A+ Dental!

Had a sore tooth, was seen same day! Dr Kate was fantastic in making feel at ease with the procedure. The staff were great in dealing with my private healthcare and follow up consultation. Would highly recommend this surgery, value for money.

I'm not the biggest fan of going to the dentist but the team here are incredible, they are genuinely caring and take the time to explain and go through all your options, including prices before proceeding. Wouldn't think twice about going anywhere else. Dr Kate and the girls are great!

I have been coming to this clinic for over 10years, Their dentist and staff are the most beautiful caring people I have ever met. Myself and my family will never go anywhere else, we have found such a caring team of people to look after us. Its nice to see a locally owned dental practice, that still has great values.

Ive been coming here for over 2 years now and it has been the best decision I have ever made to switch to this practice. After having my wisdom teeth removed over 20 years ago, this has been the only dentist to pick up that they had left half of it behind. This could of resulted in major problems for me later in the future. Thank goodness for this amazing team who removed it in the chair, totally pain free. I can't thank you guys enough for everything you have done for me. The first dentist I can say I love going to for a visit.

BE WARNED, THEY ARE RUBBISH. Tried this dentist because my regular dentist closed. Went in for a clean, the girl cleaned three lower teeth at front, and one tooth at top row, and in about 3 minutes i was out the door 120 dollars the poorer. Brutal with the gum testing, rough with the minimal cleaning that she did perform, consistently pushing extra products(gum gel) that are not necessary.

Last year i had my two sons attend A+ family dental. One of my sons have special needs, and the other had 3 holes, and what an absolutely amazing service ! Id recommend them highly as they are first class for kids ! And i behaved well too !

The staff here are fantastic, and the service is always great, and a reasonable price. Dr Kate Reid does an awesome job, and Brook did a great job at making me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Thank you to them, and to you also Margurete. I would definitely recommend to everyone and anyone!

Took my 5 year old boy here who was so scared to go to the dentist and they were so unbelievable with him!! Just had our 6 month check up and he can't wait to go again. They were so great I moved my own records over to them and have stated going there myself. Can't recommend them enough especially for kids!!

I usually hate dentists with a passion BUT, after seeing Dr Kate and staff here at A+ Family dental after an emergency they have changed my view, being so careful and gentle, as well as caring. Couldnt praise them enough for their work, and will be returning for regular visits as recommended from now on.
