We are always keep an eye out for a freshly made authentic croissant & we definitely found them at 3 Sea in Tweed. The young chef is a native of Brittany in France, and like all French, very passionate about his food. The croissants were beautifully made, buttery & flaky & served with a jam on request. While we were devouring these with coffee we started discussing his upcoming summer menu options so looks like we'll be back for dinner very soon!

3 Sea has absolutely exquisite food. So fresh and tasty, simply mouth watering. Beautifully presented as well. The staff are delightful to deal with and very prompt. 5 stars all the way!
