Dean says Steve, the building supervisor, really knows what he's talking about. He is just unbelievable. As a concreter, Dean has had a good relationship with Ashley for a long while so he chose 21st Century Homes to build a new home. It was just a fantastic result. Everything flowed smoothly and nothing was a hassle.

Brett & Caroline say they're just great people and ensured they achieved the wanted result. Ashley had great suggestions, Justine was great with the colour selection, John assisted with the contracts and Steve supervised the tradies. There were never any dramas and they were so upfront about everything.

Leanne & Len say they really went above and beyond the call and were easily the most helpful builder in Albury-Wodonga. They drove them around to other homes to show colour schemes and other things, and even helped put a deposit on the land. Leanne & Len originally wanted an established home, but now couldn't be happier that they built.

Mark says every stage of the building plan was always on time and they worked hard to determine what he wanted. A first-time homebuyer, Mark was never stuffed around and was taken seriously. They threw a heap of ideas at him and he was pretty stoked with the end result.
