I found the team at 1st Choice excellent, they were very professional and supplied me with the correct battery for my scooter when no one else could they have also since done a number of mechanical repair jobs for me and my family and I have found them to be very thorough in their workmanship and very professional. Chris and his team took nearly $1000 dollars off me and my wife for a starter motor replacement and that took more than 2 months to sort out. We had to follow up with him and his staff all the time and never got any follow up from them. To add insult to injury when I picked up my car in the end when it was in their care a big white 25cm scrape "appeared" on the drivers door. Chris helpfully inferred that maybe I had put it there and was in some way trying to pull the wool over his eyes. Notwithstanding the fact that the started sounds like something from a tractor, we have not received any follow up from 1st Choice Auto Electrics despite numerous calls over the phone and in person.
