GOLD COAST ... I want to give them 0. They are terrible. I had lost an item in the cab. Driver reported it as found. I have contacted the company at least five times. Each time they say the driver cannot be contacted because he is working and the like. Ok, so the operator has left a message with said driver to make contact. No contact from this person whatsoever. I have left my mobile, my email and my postal address. What a Mickey Mouse outfit. No proper process in place. The company should be liable for this. I have sent two complaint emails. Again, no reply. What if I was Scott Morrison or someone important. Sure I would get my property back. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Had Terry tonight, was absolutely amazing!!! Would recommend him to anyone, was the most lovely man, got us home safe and sound through the horrible weather. Terry from 13 Cabs was a blessing, love him!
