worst service EVER, they take the long way to get more money waited 1 and a half hours for nothing, and they kept telling me a taxi was on it's way. disgraceful people

Avoid like the plague! Left stranded at the airport after pre-arranging pick up before arrival. No amount of calls would get them to do their job, shocking.

Awful. Awful. Awful. I am looking forward to when the taxi industry dies; I will not shed a tear, I will dance on its grave. I booked a taxi from the Alice Springs hospital to my AirBnB accommodation on the 13Cabs app. Driver “AS384” buggered around for a couple minutes before finally setting off. When we got to the accommodation, he asked me how I’d like to pay. When I told him payment is handled through the app, he told me that payment through the app doesn’t work in Alice Springs and that I would need to cancel and pay by card. Absolute bollocks I wasn’t in any mood to have a fight, so I cancelled and paid by card and submitted a complaint to 13Cabs - who have yet to respond 5 days later, even after attempting to contact via Facebook. The fare was supposed to be capped at $15, but it came to $18.something - THIS is the real reason why this bloke wanted me to cancel and pay separately. If I wanted to be robbed, I would have walked.

A Poor service. Booking thru the 13 cab Àpp recently waited over half an hour for my cab. Checking my booking, status to my dismay I saw the booking had disappeared. Another notification appeared that a cab was on the way, waiting 20 mins I got a whistle msg, signalling I was on my way but the cab wasn't there yet. 20 minute later my cab arrived. At my destination , my driver told me payment had not processed. I showed him I had sufficient funds to cover the fare, but he asked for cash which I didnt have. Days later I saw my bank ACC was debited for two $1 charges! (Likely for the bookings which never arrived) Last night I called a cab around 8.30 from a friend's place.. she needed to go sleep and I needed to get home. 1 hr later no taxi. Calling back they said will rebook as they had no record on their system 3 hours later no cab, and no cab was sent. Thankfully a cab from the other Taxi Company finally arrived to take me home.
