Alyce says that 12RND is hands down the best gym she has ever been a part of. They made her feel welcome and has maintained her motivation during the past year that she has been training there. She says the trainers are always upbeat and happy to see her, and she finds it really comforting knowing that they are on the floor every time she's working out. She also says that the myzone heart rate monitor has helped her push harder on her workout routine! She also says that 12RND always holds social nights, boxing workshops and challenges that keep her motivated and dedicated. 12RND is great for all individuals, and trainers are willing to adjust workout regimens to suit specific ages and fitness levels. She loves seeing parents with their kids train!

Kate says that she is loving this gym so far! Everyone is super encouraging and friendly and she doesn't have to be great at boxing since everyone teaches her the needed skills and scale as she goes along. She feels each workout, sets goals and is always stoked for the next workout! Recommended for sure!

John says that this a great gym run by great people. Its flexible session hours makes it easier to fit his busy lifestyle. He says that one of his favourite aspects is the team's ability to work around any injury so clients can keep up their fitness. This is John's first-ever membership and he has no plans to seek out a second one!

Olivia joined 12RND Fitness and she has not looked back since. So far, she is completely obsessed and she feels incredible after every session! She looks forward to going and never comes up with any excuses. She also says that the gym has an incredible atmosphere and the coaches are all so encouraging and supportive. She would recommend this gym to anyone! She says her life has changed completely for the better since she joined 12RND and she thanks the coaches for this.

Grace says she couldn't recommend 12RND any more! She says this is perfect for people who struggle training themselves in a normal gym since 12RND offers a high-intensity workout, with a personal trainer helping throughout the process. She adds that all the trainers are always so encouraging and pushes her to do her best. She loves coming to a gym that feels like a community because it makes her training so much fun, she's never loved a gym so much in her life!

Amb signed up 45 minutes after walking through the doors and completing their first 12 rounds. They say it's a great place, with great trainers who are helpful and welcoming towards new members. They also loved feeling their entire body sore after the whole body work out!

Charles says he needed the right environment to train in to see the results, and Jim and his team are always friendly and helpful. They make sure that he works hard while also enjoying the training. He highly recommends them if anyone is looking for a great place to workout.

Allison says this is such a great concept. She loves Jake and Andy, the owners and trainers. She says they are great at instruction and motivation and this is the best gym she has been to in years! the flexible hours also suit her family and lifestyle as well! Great format!
