I went there for the first time today and not only were the staff super friendly, they fixed my hair from an expensive cut from the Gold Coast. They are my new hairdresser. Thank you so much!

I went in not knowing that the salon had been sold. I had a picture of the colour I wanted and the style - but with the front being longer as I wanted to keep the length. I was in there for 4 hrs (yes 4 omg) and spent $350 and walked away with shorter hair than I wanted and not even close to the colour scheme that I showed them (plus the colour had ribbon/blocks of colour) Saw my old hairstylist the next day and I had a go at her and I told her what happened and she was very upset with what was done to my hair and that I should get a refund for what they have done but I know that this is something that isn’t going to happen. I don’t see myself ever going back there - and I was a loyal customer before my first encounter with the new owners
