I was charged a call out fee of $99 dollars for an intermittent problem with our gas heater, we were told 'call us if it does it again' it was obvious the plumber that came had limited knowledge of our gas heater. We called a more experienced plumber who knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it that day. I won't be using 000 again.
