Located in the City of Shellharbour and administered by the Shellharbour local government area, Barrack Heights is a suburb in New South Wales situated 16 kilometres south of Wollongong and 103 kilometres south of Sydney. It is surrounded by the suburbs of Barrack Point, Oakflats, Shellharbour, Blackbutt, Mount Warrigal and Warilla.
