Marlee is a town located within the local government area of the Greater Taree City Council situated on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, adjacent to the Pacific Highway, Manning River and the North Coast railway line. The town of Marlee is nearb the beautiful Manning Valley, a region that covers an area of 3,752 sq km and spans from Johns River in the North, to Bunyah in the south and Nowendoc in the west. The Manning Aquatic Leisure Centre on Manning River Drive at Taree North is a popular destination for swimmers. The YMCA-managed facility has one outdoor pool and two indoor pools. Marlee is also nearby the Manning Regional Art Gallery, a gallery that curates exhibits to promote cultural and artistic values.
