Banora is a suburb located at the very northern point of New South Wales. Almost at the border of Queensland it sits inside the Northern Rivers region, is adjacent to Fingal Heads and just south of Tweed Heads. The Pacific Motorway is in close proximity with a direct exit to the town.
Sitting in a water-bound environment, close to the stunning Tweed Coast and backed by lush rolling hills Banora Point has attracted retirees and families, both demographics account for the growing population in the area. The town is mostly residential with shopping complexes, local café’s and restaurants and now has an emerging industrial estate.
The town is serviced by catholic, state primary and secondary schools.
