Tucabia is a small suburban town located in the local government area of the Clarence Valley Council in the state of New South Wales. Historical records show that the earliest signs of settlement took place in the suburb in the late 1830s. A majority of the land at that time was primarily used for farming. Tucabia and its surrounding areas form the Wooli - Tucabia & District. The region’s coastal area is predominantly occupied by a national park and state forest. Much of the inland area is now used for industries such as agriculture. Tucabia’s location within the Wooli - Tucabia & District allows it to be near several major features, including the Pine Brush State Forest and the Clarence Valley Regional Airport.
