Whether you want to work out alone or work out in one of our many Group Fitness classes, you will find yourself training with like minded people, from all walks of life, various ages and various abilities. We have our Personal Trainers who can provide you with an exercise program and updates, or push you harder in a one on one Personal Training session. We have several membership options, allowing you to visit us under a casual basis or under a contract membership.

I love the instructor classes all are different and encourage me to come at least 4-5 times a week. The instructors always allows for a laugh in class which makes for a great social atmosphere. And the staff always greet you with a smile and are always helpful. The gym is clean and parking is great. Anyone looking for a good relaxed gym should come along and have a talk to the staff and try a class worth the effort.
