Pilates Studio

Boreen Point Yoga Studio was founded in 2009 and provides a safe and supportive environment to learn and practice Yoga. Meredith Doddrell is a fully qualified and registered Yoga instructor, and has been teaching in the local area since 2000. She teaches with an emphasis on correct alignment, using Iyengar principles and props. People of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Group Classes: Small class size ensures students receive personal attention and assistance and that the practice can be modified to suit the individual. Classes are suitable for beginners and the experienced student. Private classes provide an opportunity for the student to be guided individually, with a program that suits their personal requirements. Yoga Therapy for specific ailments is a priority.

Pilates classes Mondays and Thursdays at 5.30pm and Wednesdays at 9.30am Physiotherapy consultations available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9am til 5pm, other days and times by appointment only.
