The Yoga Shack runs many weekly yoga classes with a variety of styles suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Ginny Clarke has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and her classes incorporate dynamic and gentle movement, intimate focus on the breath and its ability to bring peace, deep relaxation and meditation as well as lots of fun. Greg Clarke is our resident Kinesiologist who can provide personalized and life changing kinesiology sessions. We also run regular workshops and meditation sessions.
