We offer AntiGravity Yoga for adults, AntiGravity Fitness for Kids from 5 years and Teens, Aerial silks for ages 8- adults, Fun Stream Dance in Ballet, Jazz & Hip Hop, Tap, Acrobatics for ages 5+ AND Ready Set Dance Preschoolers for ages 2-5 years!! We also have a Mummy/Daddy and Me classes starting from 18 months old. There is so much fun to have for everyone with affordable prices in a pressure free family environment!
