The practises of Yoga, Meditation and Relaxation are taught in a safe, friendly and open manner with no religious bias or preferences. These practises are taught in the traditional classical yoga form. Megan Jones Yoga came together in 1997 to fill a need in professional alternative health care and to encourage a healthy mind and body calmness. Megan is available for Yoga as a Therapy, Psych-K®️, Aromatherapy, Massage and Lymphatic Massage by appointment only.
