Amber has been teaching yoga for over 28 years. Her classes are suitable for all levels. Amber's style of Yoga is an amalgamation of styles and she focuses very much on who attends the sessions as to how she teaches. Amber is passionate about posture, alignment and building a strong body and mind. Yoga is a fantastic gift and practice to have in one's Life.

Boreen Point Yoga Studio was founded in 2009 and provides a safe and supportive environment to learn and practice Yoga. Meredith Doddrell is a fully qualified and registered Yoga instructor, and has been teaching in the local area since 2000. She teaches with an emphasis on correct alignment, using Iyengar principles and props. People of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Group Classes: Small class size ensures students receive personal attention and assistance and that the practice can be modified to suit the individual. Classes are suitable for beginners and the experienced student. Private classes provide an opportunity for the student to be guided individually, with a program that suits their personal requirements. Yoga Therapy for specific ailments is a priority.
