Classes are a combination of the best pilates, yoga and fitness exercises and are designed to improve core stability, strength/tone, flexibility, balance and general well being. The carefully prepared & flowing classes work the entire body, conditioning and improving postural alignment, strengthening weaker underused muscles and stretching tight overused muscles and joints.
