Was charged twice for one wash and emailed company. Waited for reply was completely ignored, and that was after searching the whole store looking for contact details which none have been posted at the west dubbo laundromat. Complete let down as money in these hard times is accounted for before even getting paid. Sad when a business that depends on the community and visitors ignores them when its there problem.
