Kind but busy Dr. Saved my life by just being obserrvant been going to him for many years for many on going serious conditions. When my wife passed away he took the time to phone me at home and spent over 30 mins consoling me. I have now moved over an hour away but still make the effort to go to him. He's an upto date old medicine trained Dr. Best I've had in 45 years.

In our year or so of working together, I have found Jenny to be a very compassionate, dedicated, friendly, and skilled counsellor. She has made me feel comfortable, understood, and supported throughout our sessions together; Jenny has truly taken the time and effort to build rapport with me in this therapeutic relationship. I face a number of challenges in life as a young woman – Jenny has provided me with valuable guidance, advice, and practical tools/skills drawn from her own life experiences as well as her professional training. With Jenny, I have never once felt judged, overlooked, or unsafe. When Jenny learned of my curious nature, she supported it by providing appropriate information and resources for my questions, and overall has supported me to maintain self-confidence and motivation as we work toward each goal. Hi, I'm Jorja. I am an Accredited Dietitian & Nutritionist and a lover of all things food! My interest in food and nutrition was sparked while representing Australia in water polo as a junior athlete and realising the profound link between food and sporting performance. My focus since shifted towards my career in nutrition & dietetics where I have now found my niche helping clients to achieve their personal goals with food. I consult on all general dietetic issues such as weight loss, diabetes, cholesterol and food intolerances. I also hold a strong interest in sports nutrition and women's health issues including PCOS, fertility and pregnancy. Importantly, I combine my knowledge with a real world practical outlook. The ultra-busy lifestyle we lead doesn't leave a lot of time left to spend hours in the kitchen. For this reason, meals that are super quick, really tasty and easy to prepare play a large role in my approach. I love my food, including cheese, wine and chocolate. I subscribe to the principles of moderation and believe as long as you have a strong dietary foundation then nothing should be off limits.
