The Gaudry is a restaurant and bar located in Lithgow, New South Wales, Australia. It is known for its modern Australian cuisine, its extensive wine list, and its live music. The Gaudry's menu changes seasonally, but it always features fresh, local ingredients. Some of the signature dishes include the roasted cauliflower with black garlic and hazelnut, the grilled octopus with chorizo and fennel, and the wagyu beef with bone marrow and truffle. The Gaudry is a great place to go for a special occasion or just a night out with friends. The food is delicious, the wine is excellent, and the live music is always entertaining.

After 20 years teaching 60 children under five, she decided on a career change - winemaker! After completing a Wine Production course on make wine, Pippa soon discovered that as her age and to make the wine she wanted to make, she needed more money and muscles. Saying all that, she has worked in many cellar doors, knows and loves her wine, and therefore, knows where to find them! Let our tours introduce the Hunter Valley Wine Country's best wine tasting experiences, with pick ups at various Hunter Valley Locations. Each group on board is given time at each cellar door to gain a complete experience and flavour of the cellar door/vineyard/winery. Pippa's able to regale history, quirky stories and give informative commentary and knowledge about wines, vines and the Valley... All delivered with an innate sense of humour!
