I tend to come through NSW for work and on this trip I decided to try the Mercure Centro instead of my usual option on the beach front also part of Le Club Accor Hotels. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the shower and toilet really let down this otherwise great hotel. The shower screen was opaque due to soap scum and the corners were moldy. The toiletealing came unstuck and can be moved like a chair which was pretty poor. Due to the polarity of this hotel there were no other rooms available. The food was excellent though!
